제육 볶음(豬肉볶음, 豬肉 = pork meat, 볶음 = stir fry) is stir fried pork meat, marinated with gochujang seasonings. It is stir fried with strong fire, charcoal grilled feeling when tastes.
豬肉 is pork meat, 목살(shoulder nearby neck), 삼겹살(pork belly), 앞다릿살(picnic shoulder), 뒷다릿살(leg or ham) are cut in bite size. The marination is made of gochujang as main, soy sauce, garlic, onion, green onion, chilly pepper powder, sesame oil, chilly pepper, carrot, zucchini, leek and sesame leafs are used to make it. The pork meat is marinated more than 30 minutes.
It is served in two ways, grilled in kitchen completely or served raw meat state for tabletop grilling, usually former is used.
